How I Started:
I grew up in a military family, was into sports and fitness since the age of 5. Was in good shape before i suffered a spinal injury, got up to 300 pounds. The moment the doctors said i could work out again i became a gym rat asap.
Why I Love It:
It truly is a life style and one i love. I enjoy being challenged every day in the gym and the feeling of success every time you reach your goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture of me at 300 pounds and anytime i feel lazy i just look at it.
BB Accomplishments:
I recovered from an impossible injury and then did what doctors said i couldn't do and that was get under 200 pounds.

Thanks, I just got your email. We are crazy to think that life will all work out perfect and leave us untouched. Better to learn and grow from the difficulties. Good job recovering. I tore my Achillies tendon and thought I would never run again.
