How I Started:
I was a runner my whole life, so working out to me was running and nothing else. Trips to the weight room where a social event. Then I began lifting with my brother in the fall of 2003. I have since become addicted to lifting and am in the never ending cycle of bulking up to build muscle and cutting down to see definition.
Why I Love It:
The results. I have transformed my runners build into a more well rounded atheltic build. Nothing compares to being able to look into a mirror and seeing a reflection of something you have made with hard work. I do it for myself, not for anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
LOL, telling myself that I am too small and have to high a body fat %.
BB Accomplishments:
Benched 305. My weight at the time was 195.
