In Feb of this year i broke my collarbone, shoulder blade and tore my rotator cuff. Arm was wrapped up and in a sling for 6 weeks. Could barely walk or sleep due to shoulder blade pain. Went from 199 lbs down to 180. 2 weeks after breaking some parts i got strept throat and a stomach virus. Now (june) im back up to 193 lbs, shoulder still bothers me a little. Goal is getting strength back every week and breaking 200 lbs
