When I Started:
How I Started:
High School football is where I started. It was not serious lifting back then. I simply went through the motions and did what they told us to do. My senior year is when I started taking it serious. I have been lifting serious on and off ever since.
Why I Love It:
It is a huge self-esteem boost and I am good at it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have been lifting serious for quite a while now. It is in my chemistry now. The body chemistry that weight lifting produces is one that I am addicted to now. Just like cigarettes change your body chemistry. (non-smoker)
BB Accomplishments:
175lb all the way up to 205 and still growing.

I want to maintain my cut with slight improvement in the upper arms. I want to gain 25 pounds of solid healthy weight. I believe the amount of weight I lift will increase with the mass I gain.
