He refuses to leave unless we sell the house and I am not trying to leave something I've put alot of hardwork into for my kids because of it. You see he is not the father of my other two kids, he is the father of only one. So things have just been really crazy lately. I am so depressed and tired. There must be a better way.

Hello there, Things are not going better at all. I am in such a rough situation right now. I have to live with a man I despise because of how we own our house (tenancy in common).

Maybe you can give me some advice on how to stay motivated. More and more it seems I just don't have time to work out. It doesn't help that my boyfriend that lives with me is completely unsupportive...HELP
