When I Started: May, 2008
How I Started: I started doing 20 minutes of cardio on the epliptical machine and using the weight machines. It wasn't until a week later that I came upon Bodies By Preseverance which is owned and operated by Courtney Samuels. He gives a personal training class twice a week for a full body workout using weights. I am hooked!
Why I Love It: I am tired of dieting. I figure why not take my time, do things right and in the meantime try my best to tone and sculpt.
How I Stay Motivated: This website!! Oxygen and Muscle/Fitness Magazines! When I look at my kids. My boo.
BB Accomplishments: None yet. Hopefully soon to come..

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To work out 5-6 days a week
Goal (Long): To have a body that looks lean and sculpted. To be healthy and no longer go into the doctor's office and hear that I am still borderline diabetic. To feel confident in my body and happy with my health. Oh and ofcourse to fit into all of the cute clothes I have been waiting to buy.

Hmmm..may be time to make some decisions about people that don't support your goals and dreams..and be around people that live the healthy lifestyle. I have been in your situation more times than I care to remember...just do what you need to do for you:)

Thank you so much. It's great to know that I can inspire someone even though it's hard for me to see as much a difference as others. But I definitely tell people that the benefits of strength training are amazing. I love how my muscles are burning fat.

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality.
