I was a mormon missionary. :D I ended up with a great love for NZ. In fact the tat on my chest and shoulder is done in a Maori style and is a tribute to my time in the land of the long white cloud.

I always have someone hand them to me. You can also put a flat bench running under the decline bench and in the opposite direction. Then you put weights on the that. It's just easier to have someone hand them to you one at a time.
