When I was 14, I saw this ad in the back of a comic book for the Charles Atlas bodybuilding course. It promised muscles. It really was just a scam but it was my first attempt to get big.
Why I Love It:
I really love everything about it. How it feels while lifting, after and what it does for your body. And the weights are one thing that you can count on not changing. 225 will alway be 225.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know it's one thing I have never lost interest in. I don't think in my adult lifetime I have ever gone more than a week without lifting. I think you have to love the process as much as the results to really stick with it.
BB Accomplishments:
I remember going to the first really weightroom and thinking if I could just reach the point of being able to use the 45lb plates than I would have arrived. Then it was if I could just do 225 on bench. Well I reached 265. And I guess that and using the 100 lb dumbells are what I would consider my best accomplishments.

YEah Yeah, I am not doing biceps for month now, and concentraiting, just on my chest and delts. BUt the stomach thing is bad, as IF I wouldn't do anythin about it now, I might got serious problems in future. Check Ronie coleman and his gut, It is so ****ed up!! It pops up forward like a BIG BALL. ANd that is exactly what could happen to me, If I'd continue havy weight liftin' just like this...
Hey thanks for cheking me up, and for an encouraging comment too. YEah I am triing to get better, but my back is ****ed up, and becouse of this my belly is popin' front so I have to get rid of this, befoure some serios workouts, ****!!!
