andrewisonfire I did a light chest workout that turned into heavy and the best Chest workout of my life. I rocked 160 lb db for flat. 130 lb for incline and 155 for decline. All with no spot. So not as good as you but happy for me. Jul 10, 2012 4:30pm

andrewisonfire Naw it wasn't that big. You could do way better. Today was shoulders. Rocked them out hard. 130 dumbbells for press of 12. May need a new gym, those are the heaviest ones they got. Just pm me with more small talk. Jul 9, 2012 5:30pm

andrewisonfire Naw my arms aren't that big. You could crush me with ease. My arm work out was good, i did hit my goal of 100 pound dumbbell for hammer curls for each arm. Shoulder workout today highlight of my week. How was your workout today? Jul 9, 2012 4:37pm
