Before 84 Pounds Slimmer
This was the picture that gave me that "ah-ha" moment when I realized I HAD to make changes in my life. As difficult as it is to see this version of me, I will always be grateful for the motivation it provided.
It's hard to believe I've lost nearly 100 pounds - and have kept it off. I'm ready now to move to the next level and start sculpting my perfect body. The beauty is that now I have a benchmark to visualize what I can accomplish. There's nothing holding me back now!

Hello I am inspired! How might I start to get involved? I have started a weight loss program with LA Weightloss. Looking to just dump 10lbs or so, but some flab hanging around! Your thoughts when you can! Biggest question would be accountability etc?? Thank you!

Hey, I'm new to this site and find it overwhelming to navigate. But I found you for a reason I think! Are you still doing the 100day challenge? Cause I'm in! I need accountability for sure. I keep reaching a goal and sabotaging myself. Recently gained 10lb after reaching a fitness goal. What am I doing to myself!!!!!!!! I'm motivated (again) to get back on track and to surpass my last goal. My absolute main challenge is maintaining once I get there.

You are so right about all the changes that are more than just physical. It seems really hard for people to realize the benefits that are more than just physical until the actually put the effort in and expierience it for themselves. Skiing is going well, thanks for asking, have 3 weeks left till Nationals and things are coming along nicely! Hope you have a great day!
