How I Started: I started to take working out seriously from around Feb of 2008.
Motivation from my friends is the only reason.
Why I Love It: The feeling of being sore feels good. Oh, and it's beneficial for your body in the future.
How I Stay Motivated: Friends
BB Accomplishments: My abs and finally gained weight. It's rare or impossible for me to gain at least a pound in a year, but I gained 5lbs during two month.
