I started to take working out seriously from around Feb of 2008.
Motivation from my friends is the only reason.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of being sore feels good. Oh, and it's beneficial for your body in the future.

My abs and finally gained weight. It's rare or impossible for me to gain at least a pound in a year, but I gained 5lbs during two month.
