How I Started:
I used to work out like it was nobody's business about a year and stopped because I ran out of time from my busy schedule. Missed the results and the atmosphere of working out. Getting back into the swing of things only to hit a home run.
Why I Love It:
The results of the hard work thats put in working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing how I could look and feel about myself when I finally reach my goals.

I love pull-ups because they workout my whole upper body. Some people can't do one so your dong really good.

Mine is going good. Just got back from the hotel gym. Did 20 minutes on the bike and then worked on my chest. Pushing myself harder every day with my knee. Haven't gotten to where I can do cardio six days a week, but I will get there!!! How are u doing?
