Reason: L-Glutamine helps me soo much with recovery. It cuts my recovery time in half, at least. The trick is to make sure you take enough of it. I'm not big, but I still aim for about 5 grams per workout. There is also evidence that it helps boost the immune system.

Reason: This is a great supplement for endurance. I don't notice a burn at all when I take this; it just seems like all of a sudden I am unable to do another rep. It is also great for cardio, as there is no burn. I love this stuff!
