How I Started:
After I had two kids, I was pretty flabby, lacked all energy, and had lost all muscle I once had. I had no strength at first, but it quickly came back.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, sleep great, and it always puts me in a good mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't been staying as motivated as I'd like, which is why I'm trying the recomposition contest.

I'm competing in the 2008 BB.com Recomposition Contest. I'd like to gain muscle and lose fat.
Goal (Long):
I would like to gain some muscle and lose some fat. I was pretty fit up to about a year ago, and I've been trying to maintain that, but obviously not too well. I'd like to get my six-pack back. With this I have until the end of July! This contest is just what I needed to get motivated again. I need a little competition!

Well, I obviously share my goals with people on the forum and BodySpace. I also share my goals with my husband. I just don't with the rest of my family, friends, or work associates. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I've been carb cycling for a little over a week now. I have lost a pound, and some off of my rear and thighs. It must be working! Also, I don't feel stuffed all of the time anymore. Actually, I think my metabolism must be roaring, because I am HUNGRY by the time my next meal rolls...
I would just think you were deranged if you did like cardio. The pics you posted today were great. Your back looks amazing. Your abs looked tighter was it early or were you just flexing them. I got your back even though your from Kan. You have this contest in the bag.

Newest progress pics really looking good. Your bi's have shapped up nicely and your abs are looking great. You have done some hard work and you look better from head to toe. keep it up.
