T, Don't give up, I know that at the beginning it is hard. You have to set your goals in writing so you can look at them daily. Tape it on your bathroom mirror and read them every morning for support. Keep going you can do it.

Another good place to start is body for life. My wife was a coach there for a while and we have had clients do very well with it. Good luck with your goals.
