I stay motivated by talking with close family and friends about my dreams of not only improving my physicality but my life in general.
I also look up success stories and other profiles on bodybuilding.com to inspire myself as well.
Another great way to keep up the motivation is Pinterest (an online pin board). I use it as my "vision board" to constantly remind myself why I strive to be the best of myself.
