I remember one day when he told me that he looked up to me. I can honestly say that his dedication far surpasses mine. His progress shows it and he always turns a negative into a positive. Plus, he on my PS3 friends list!!
This man is a beast!! I give him credit for my passion of dealifts and squats. He is one of those guys that sets a goal and achieves it....no matter what!
Well, I had been a cheap @ss and have not ordered any supps in a while. Now that my goal is to gainm my weight back, I dug into my pocket book and ordered some protein for post workout, weight gainer for in the morning and a pre-workout. I have used this combo in the past and it seemed to work...
Hey, I'm not happy with myself every month..lol! But I can live with it over what I could have, if you get my drift! Life sometimes messes up our comfortable rhythm and we need to just go with the flow of it. You can find yourself getting back to regular habits and routines, just takes that little bit of effort - when you dig deep, you'll find it! x
Awwww, cute!! Post pics of him and his cute football uniform!! Good luck selling your house - that seems to be the same story everywhere, even international!! I hope you guys find a new home sooner than later :)
When I was 280-285 it was just to big and then to come down for a show at 247 - 250...at 5'9 that was pretty big. I am comfortable with my weight now and not looking to make it pro anymore...those days are long gone and I am good with it. I still get a couple calls a year asking me to jump back in and offers, but just not there anymore! It's all good!
training is good...I am a GM of a health club in GA and love it. I am not going to compete so I keep my weight around 230-235. Any heavier and I gete to big for comfort.
it has a lil bit with eating and how much i lift but over all not too bad.. not stressing too much over it - that only make sit last longer-LOL .. so you better get some good candy for me when you trick or treating .. i really like lemon heads-LOL
hey my brother...hope all is well. Glad your little boy is doing great...remember...when your body fades you still have that precious little life to care for

that is the greatest calling...to be a dad!
