I started when I got my first weight bench at the age of 12. I used to be in karate and kickboxing but I gave that up when I started high school and joined the wrestling team. I have always been into fitness and strength but I have begun to love bodybuilding this past year!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I almost feel out of place in public places because most people don't care what they look like. When I see somebody that works out, there is this mutual respect that is given to one another...or a competitive stare...either way, I like it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I mostly have to motivate myself now. There are a lot of guys at the gym that will spot or workout with me on different days of the week. My main motivation is the progress that I and others see. Being on BB.com helps a lot because there are so many people willing to help and motivate.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. Hopefully 2008 will be my year!

this was taken today to see where my back is in comparison to my front. I am going to focus a lot on back width. I feel I am lacking in that area.
I know it is a little late for an update but here it goes anyway.
On the Fifth of July I went to my first fat wedding. I know this sounds very cruel but I have no other way to explain this. My cousin just married a man that is 10 years older than her. The age thing does not bother me as long...

LOL! My pizza cravings aren't THAT bad. Right now I really want a yam, mashed, of course, with cinnamon and Splenda or some of the sweet potato casserole we make that really is pretty healthy. But I have no potatoes since we haven't been to the store, so I have yogurt, egg white intn'l and protein powder.....
