I started working out since early age, and since then I have developed a sense of being healthy and staying healthy. I enjoy keeping my self busy, every time I step into a gym I feel like I am in my elements. A day with out a workout is not a complete day for me!!
Why I Love It:
It keeps me sharp, up going, and the satisfaction to eat whatever I want and to not experience any side effects :) and besides there is no prize in the world to feel that you are always in good shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Ipod and my Polar Rs800Sd watch keep me motivated. I get to keep track of my workout progress and at the same time I get to listen to my favorite music/video player.
Is the winter time, so it is time to put some clean wheight, and keep in check of the fat.
Goal (Long):
I currenlty wheight about 185 lbs. my goal is to increase to 190 lbs. during this winter season. To accomplish this I have to consume over 3500 kcalories a day and lift heavy for shorter time. My workout routine will change to 3 times per week and one day of light cardio to keep the hearth healhy.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

This mornings smoothie:
1 peach, frozen blueberries, 1 kiwi, 1 big scoop vanilla whey protein, 1/4 cup both soy milk and plain yogurt, 2 capsules bee pollen (just make sure you're not allergic) & half tbsp of flax seed oil.
This makes one big glass. I also threw in a big handful of spinach and a little bit of water. I would love to know if you try it out and what you think.
