To gain muscle while staying reasonably lean. I'll repeat this until I reach my desired size, then lean out to see where I'm at. Bodybuilding is art...it takes time to sculpt the body you've dreamed of.
Lack of motivation, how far away the gym is, & still feeling sick are the excuses I am currently using for not meeting my goals. So my goal is to get down to 270lbs. by the end of January.
