How I Started:
Since I was born, I have always been very active and into EVERYTHING! My gym consisted of soccer fields, marching bands, pools, beaches, and everything in between! It wasn't until I got to college that I really started working out in a gym with weights and cardio. Being a college student, my motivation truly came from seeing other girls and how much better they looked than I did! I guess my jealousy really ended up benefiting me in the long run...
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me an escape and really helps me to manage my stress. If I am having a bad day, or just need to get out my frustrations, the gym is my only cure! I guess you can say that I am addicted to endorphins! =)
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from watching my fiance check out other girls when we are out. He doesn't think I notice, but I do! It's o.k. though, it only makes me work 10 times harder!!!
I want to be the girl that gets that second glance!
Goal (Long):
Weight is something that I do not really struggle with. I have always been a thin girl and very interested in physical activities! Working out is not a challenge for me...I love to do it! That being said, my main goal is to push myself to the limit and see just how far my body can go! I want to be completely toned, but not to the point of looking like a man! My goal is to be "that" girl.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Well, if I am not mad about anything, then I get motivated by looking at pictures of other girls who have amazing bodies, something that I hope to have one day!
Not enough money I have my Masters and was teaching art, p.e and calculus plus coaching football and wrestling. I was probably bringing home 40k and that was not enough, so I went back to my orginal degree Interior architecture, but I did enjoy the kids that's the only thing I miss!
