that is the question. I have so many reasons that I need to stay motivated, namely health. I transport sick people all day every day and I want to do my best to prevent those things from happening to me. It just plain sucks.

Captain Ahab A great way to kick your fat to the curb for good, maybe even quicker than you thought, is the free 12 week Body for Life body transformation program. I don't know what program you use now but my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks and I lost over 50 Lb at the same time by following Body for Life.
