5:30 am- 36 Grams whey protein shake + . 5 scoops of Karbolyn + Multi vitamin
1 Whole egg + 8 egg whites, 1 cup of cream of rice + Multi vitamin.
7:30 am- 36 grams Whey protein+ . 5 cup of egg white and small apple
9:30 am- 6 oz Tilapia + 1 Cup of quinoa ( Digestive Enzymes )
11:30 am -5 oz steak or lean ground beef + 1 cup of Quinoa (Digestive Enzymes)
1:30 pm -6 oz chicken breast 1/2 cup veggies of choice ( Digestive Enzymes)
Workout- .5 Scoops of Karbolyn and Pre Workout
Intra workout- .5 Scoops of Karbolyn + BCAA powder
Post- Full scoop of Karbolyn and 1 scoop Whey Protein
5:30 pm 6 oz Tilapia + 1/2 cup of veggies
7:30 pm - 8 jumbo egg whites
9:30 pm 1 scoop of casein protein + Fiber before bed.
