My goal is to gain functional muscle and reduce my body fat levels.

I currently fight in Mixed Martial Arts compettion at 170lbs. Ive never been very strong and I rely on superior technique to win fights. As the level of competition is increasing I feel I need to make strength gains and also decrease my body fat so I can reach my potential at the 170lb division.
