I'm a Pro MMA fighter and I'm looking to build muscle, strength, lose even more body fat and build up my cardio
Goal (Long):
I want to be the strongest and biggest guy with the best cardio in my weight class. Welter weight 170 class. I curintly walk at 175 at 8% body fat. I want to walk about 190 at 3% body fat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%

Already with the thick traps, neck and solid pecs, very good arms and abs. Another 15 to this frame and you'll be an even more imposing opponent and continue to build that already imposing fight record. Andre
