Tabata- Squats, Jump Squats, Jump lunges, Burpees. To do a Tabata do 20 sec. all out, 10 sec rest and repeat 8x. Then move on to the next exercise. Focus on the Power Clean in the weight room. The better your power clean the more explosive you are. Also box jumps help. The goal is to be able to jump on a box thats chest high. But work up to it.

Yup 50. But I guess the key is to hit that number but by any way you can like 5 sets of 10 or 10 sets of 5.

Ever try kipping pull ups. They are great. Also Try the Arnold way, every time he did bench press, between each set he would go do pull downs. heavy as possible for a set of 10. But he would do them until he hit 50. Helped me get to the point I could do pull ups easy.

Yup. crossfit.com has exercise demo's of all the moves they do and the workouts most named after girls. Example "Helen" is 3 rounds of Run 400 meters, Kettlebell swings X 21 (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups.

Crossfit is lots of fun to do, but its really hard at the same time. It really pushes you. Its a big change from the 4 sets of 10-12 type of workout. I like to follow Crossfithardcore.com they tweek the workouts from the regular crossfit.com

Hello, I live in San Antonio and I was wondering about how well paid Personal Trainers are in Texas. How does it work, you get a base salary and then extra for clients?

Hey bro, I was wondering what kind of money personal trainers make. Does it depend on how good you are and how many clients you have? I have always wanted to get into the bizz but I need a stable job. What do you think?
