Overall Goal: The Goal is to be the most athletic as possible. Speed, Power and Agility. (GPP) General Physical Prepardness- The ability to do a multitude of activities and do them well. Lift heavy, Run long, sprint fast, gymnastic moves...etc
Fit Status:
Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is strong, Yes a man of Knowledge increases strength;
I was in Basketball in highschool and we started weightlifting. I got good at it real quick and it became a part of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love being fit and athletic. I train in self defence and strength and conditioning is a big part of it. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch.
Practice and train major lifts: Dead lift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Throw in some MMA specific exercises and that should say it all...
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching any Mixed Martial Arts (mma) like UFC, WEC, Elite XC, IFL..ect. Those guys are strong, fast and explosive.

Goal (Long):
My goal is no longer to achieve a look. My goal is to be in shape and ready for anything. For some reason Everyone thinks abs and big muscles is what makes you in shape or "fit". They are dead wrong.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I don't have to drive anywhere and I can get as crazy as I want.
