How I Started:
One day it just clicked that I wanted to get my body in shape and gain some good muscle, as well as eat much better. Despite my size I was weak.
Why I Love It:
More self confidence without a shirt. Starting to see some great results in upper body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Moving up in weight combined with the effects it has on the body.
BB Accomplishments:
Going up from a weak bench of 140x10 to 180x10 in less than 2 months. Just gotta keep movin up.

If you are interested in a program that really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
