Yeah, its sort of exciting for me to actually be able see the difference on any change i make in my diet.But yes i workout on the weekend doing either biceps and abs or triceps and abs on saturday and chest on sunday so i can have my rest day or days after training back and legs.But you know mike what works for me may not work for you.But im sure im not telling you anything new.The more i experiment and try new things the more i learn that i have to discover what works for me.

I usually do about 300grams during the week and on the weekend around 400-500grams but i drop my carb intake to supply me with energy for my workouts and recovery.I love my weekend look.

Trainings good.I have been doing a little experimenting with the diet.Ive been going hiigh carb thru the week and high protein on the weekends when im off.Im about to start the ACE personal training coarse so im excited.
