How I Started:
I got started as many do with a set of plastic weight's and a bench made for the bench press.I started back almost two year's ago come April doing dip's one day and ab crunches on the follow day untill i started buying wiegh'ts and equipment.
Why I Love It:

Exactly, but something I've also noticed over the years is what works for you one time doesn't necessarily work anymore, EVER.
Ha ha, which is why I'm so open to trying new stuff to see how it goes. I always think my nutrition is on point until, something new comes about. This whole year is a big experiment for me so if I change something, its because I thought it was good.
So it might be a complete waste of time. No harm done if it is.
I'm jealous you can clearly see the diff between the dropped carb and protein intake on weekends. I have to look real closely when doing that stuff.
Thats an interesting twist for the protein intake. I do 300 through the week and <=200 weekends. Its supposed to give the body a protein break. It works better than keeping it at 400, but you've got me thinking.
Instead of going down for rest, maybe go up to supercompensate and rest once every X weeks or so. You train on weekends too?
