always been into fitness and weight lifting. had an incident in my life which redirected my energy towards the gym and be dedicated to it.
Why I Love It:
i get a huge confidence boost from working out and it an obsession i developed and if i dont say so myself i dont believe its a bad one.
How I Stay Motivated:
the urge to just look better today than i did yesterday drives me to push myself day after day.

Thanks for the comment. I've been struggling a bit lately and have put back on about 10 lbs. I'm about to get a handle on it again. Its amazing how addictive food can be. How are you man? I was looking to see if you had any recent progress pics. I skipped my last one because I was too embarassed to post one with such a weight gain. Hope to post in the next few weeks.
