Here I am at the very beginning of my transformation! I weigh 182 lbs in this picture and my body fat is estimated at 17.9%, based on Accu-Measure skinfold.
|
I've lost some ab definition (slight fat gain), but I've also put on some muscle. I feel thicker through my chest, shoulders, and upper arms. Also getting stronger and more definition in the legs (though you can't see it from these shots).

Me at the 30-day marker! I'm down to 177.5 lbs and 14.2% body fat. That's a loss of 7.4 lbs of fat and a gain of 2.9 lbs of LBM over my first 30 days. I can't wait until I can actually see my abs again!

Right side view. Starting to see some better definition in my upper arms. Can't wait until I get down to my fat loss goal so I can eat more and really start making some muscle gains!

April 20th, the 2-month marker. I can already see some BIG differences in my body composition from when I started. More muscle definition and I'm still losing fat, but the fat loss rate is starting to slow. Time for more cardio! I'm down to 172 lbs in this picture and est. 11.7% body fat. Can't quite see the abs yet, but I'm getting there!

3 months! Down to ~9% body fat. Still not much ab definition, but definitely got the "V" going on now!

164.5 lbs, 8.9% fat. Just switched to a bulking phase this week, so here's to making some noticeable muscle gains over the coming months!

These next two pics were taken on the same night. My photography skills aren't all that great - seems my shots are getting blurrier each time. Tough to pose and hold the camera steady - I need to figure out a better method.
