I've always worked out but not at the level I need to obtain the results I want. My boyfriend told me about BB.com and now I am addicted to the website.. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THE MOTIVATING STORIES!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me such energy and since of accomplishment. When things around us aren't looking so great all the time, the only thing we can control is our body and what we put in it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is highly motivating!

I am a chiropractor so I know that it will greatly increase my confidence to tell others to get busy working out.

You're right honey! It IS almost summer and can you believe I've only worn a swimsuit one time in my entire life!!?? And I was 225 pounds and so embarrassed when I did, but I did it for my baby daughter who was 7 mo old at the time. We were at lake michigan. So yes, HELP! I need the encouragement!

Hey there, sorry for the delay.. I think you have a great goal Sept. 6 that's plenty of time to get where you want to be.. I thought you needed to have a competition to that body, you only need a goal and stick to it.. even though you fall off just get back on track.. My abbies hehe.. well i don't really have them anymore :) but planning on getting them back.. its all diet seriously.. which is the hardest part :) I wish you luck, don't hesitate to message me anytime Nancy
