When I had viewed Bruce Lee's physique he had given me the inspiration to lift weights.
Why I Love It:
It is boring around this house and I have to keep myself occupied.

Great news. My goal was to completean overload of 120% 3 reps of bench press. I have completed it at 84 lbs. Pretty feeble. Wait untill I will be able to overload at 450lb or 500 lbs in the future.

How are you? I'm sorry about your hydrocele issue but I hope you can recover soon and had diagnosis from your doctor. Did you find out what are the solutions?
