Background

When I Started: Jun 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I've always had a passion for working out. I recently set a goal for myself to try out to be a contestant on American Gladiators! I want to be ready for this in 6 months...after having 2 babies, I have a lot of work to do.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I LOVE being in shape. Everything about it..

HA! So I did type up a LONG post and lost it! So this will be the shortened version :) So as my heading states..am I nuts?! No I'm motivated and determined! I am doing the 3 day rotation workout given to me free with this challenge (very awesome by the way, thank you Bodybuilding.com!) so today was my off day. I must say I am still sore from Monday! lol.  I've been doing a tad bit more cardio than called for. And when I say a "tad" I mean..like 15 extra min. Not much. But I'm trying to build up my endurance for my duathlon in June. So workouts are 100%, its the eating tha...
