Did you get your time in? Couple friends asked me to go running today at the rec. but I declined. How is the heel?

:( sorry you aren't feeling well. Yes, I ended up staying home. This was nice a friend who I haven't spoke to in several months texted me a little after mid-night. It was a nice way to start the year/decade.

I know, it is amazing too. A couple of co-workers were talking yesterday. The guy complained about his back and how he had to have surgery. The girl laid into him about if he would lose weight and exercise then he wouldn't have that problem. What is bad, he knows this, but I guess he just doesn't want to do it.

Is it kind of funny. 99.9999% of America needs to make a resolution to START exercising. but some of us need to make a resolution to STOP! LOL.

I bet you are right. Your new years resolution should be to take a full rest day once a week. No cardio or anything. (it will be hard)

Yes. It is more of a mental thing, I know I look the same and with the break I am probably even a little stronger. I think the only way you will ever take a full break is if Eric locks you in a closet for a week! Even then you would find a way to work out LOL
