Compete in the Mens Health Urbanathalon. Notice I say compete and not participate. I don't want to be just another participant. I want to be competitive.

Been a good day so far; I started it right by not getting out of bed till almost 9! Ate some protein pancakes, watched tv, did yoga and recently got back from a 4 mile run that I kept at an 8:06 pace. I was glad for the run, haven't ran in about a month and have unofficially retired from...
I actually don't mind the clumps for that flavor because they're tasty clumps. But if you mix it well most of it should dissolve. I'm glad you didn't push yourself too hard. That's a good sign that your shoulder is feeling okay.
Mix it really good with a fork, then at the ice last. I would actually mix it with water that isn't too cold, it dissolves better that way. There will be some clumps that go away if you use a shaker cup, but if you use a shaker cup it foams. I'm glad you like it. The more you drink it, the better it tastes :P. Let me know how you like the choco pb casein because I'm curious. I almost bought some a while back, but it got mixed reviews (some love it, some hate it).
Deadlifts might aggravate your shoulders though so be careful. Squats should be okay. I know the feeling. I actually feel okay taking today off, only because I've been working out hard lately.
Mmm, I love sour too. Sour skittles are good. Yes, you'll have to have some whey. Even if you don't work out, you should still try it. I'm taking today off from training (first full off day in quite a while) and I still had to try the choco pb whey :P.
The Arctic Lemonade whey is my favorite whey yet! The more I drink it, the more I like it and in fact I actually crave it now, lol. I guess if you don't like tart lemony things you might not like it. But I love that lemony flavor :P.
Very cool, my XF choco peanut butter whey came today. It's good too, but not as good as the arctic lemonade. Remember, it's best if you stir it with a fork (dissolves better, no foam) and I prefer it with less water than recommended, some like it with more. You'll have to let me know if you like the ON casein too.
Hi,I have only been to one Highland Games and most of their events cater to the strongman/powerlifter crowd as far as I know. I'd Google "Highland Games" and see what you come up with. I hope we can meet one day when I get to Cleveland.
the meal plan went well till the 5th day then I got a stomach flu and it wasn't pretty. so i put it on hold till January and will try again. hope i can get my stomach as flat as yours.
btw what's up with ice?
thanks for asking
It's back/shoulders/abs today. I may or may not do cardio, I'll see how I feel later. I probably should sit today out from cardio to allow my body to heal even further. I'll see though. Glad your shoulder is better. Definitely stick to your plan. It's better to wait it out now than to go back too early and injure yourself further.
Ok took me a second to figure out why you needed a passport!!LOL What have you been doing for Rotator cuff? Often shoulders ache since it is the little supporting muscles in the cuff that are weak and need strengthing.
is that a bag of ice on your shoulder? rotar cuff!!Training been good. the walking and biking is something my wife and i can do together. Good idea having an old man triathalon.Have a good thanksgiving!!
