How I Started:
I ran track and Cross Country and was probably unhealthy skinny. I weighed about 120 lbs and was 6 ft tall. I wanted to gain some muscle so I started working out.
Why I Love It:
I am amazing with women mostly because of my confidence. I would have much less confidence if I was as skinny as I once was. I also love the gains I have made. I was benching the bar (45 lbs) and now I can bench 135 lbs 30 reps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Unfortunately Energy drinks are a big aspect. I drink an Endorush, Lo-Carb Monster, NO-Explode, Extreme NOS Nitropump, OR ABB Ripped Force. These really help me get motivated. (By the way... I have one... not all of these.)
BB Accomplishments:
I am much slimmer than most guys that lift the same amount as me.
