It's time to start over again! Last year, I was doing so well working out in college, but not I'm working at a real job and have lost my way. When I stepped on a scale and realized I had regained all of the weight I had lost, I knew it was time to shelve all of the excuses, get back to the gym, and eat better. Here we go!
Why I Love It:
I love how good I feel when I'm done. It's a sense of accomplishment that just can't be beat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have used many things for motivation before: my sister, my husband, etc... But now it's time to do this for me. I have always had someone pushing me, but now it's time to push myself. I want to prove to myself that I can do this, and I want to make myself better for me.

My long term goal is to lose 80 pounds of fat and to gain lots of muscle. I'm joining the Peace Corps in a couple of years and want to be in great shape before I go. Plus, I want to be able to wear a bikini next summer and feel great about myself.
I know with hard work and dedication, I can totally change my body!
I follow Vince DelMonte's "No Nonsense Muscle Building" program with my sister. He does a very good job outlining the structure of the program and the workouts change every couple of weeks, keeping things interesting. It is working very well for us, both of us getting stronger and...
You are so beautiful already. Just remember that your beauty comes from the perceptions of others and our bodies are merely our vesels. Stay beautiful and keep up the hard work. Thankyou for sharing your results w/ everyone who will aspire to you.
VictorTenuta (MuscleTech rep) said to take before pictures again with a national newspaper as per the rules. A USA Today would work. He aplogizes for the inconvenience.
Good luck with your goals.....we all have faith in you. It's not always an easy road but the journey to a longer, healthier lifestyle is a rewarding one. I look forward to seeing your progression.
Thank you, my sweet. Did it and still doing it the same way you are... The hard work pays off ;-). The bike was my gift to myself for getting under 65kgs.
A great way to reach the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12-week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make. Let me know if you wish more info.
