thanks man I appreciate it! Trying to figure out now whats more important dropping to 225 or adding on some muscle mass. Still got plenty of fat to lose so I am just going to keep at it!
yeah I didn't realize it since I am new to this but I think I was in a little bit of a plateau as people call it when I was in the 260's. It seems like since getting down to 260 the weight is falling off again. I don't think my body is going to linger in the 250's like it did in the 260's. 240's coming real soon!
hey thanks for the comment. i don't really know where to start. all i know is that i need to start. im not that overweight, but i am incredibly out of shape. i believe if i start and work on the 12 week transformation, i can see some pretty incredible results. do i start by trying to lose the fat first, or what? i also have no clue about supplements and exercise routine. congrats on your accomplishments! and thanks!
thanks man. I got a nice suprise this morning...put my belt on and I am on the tightest hole. I started on the complete other side of the holes. Little while longer and I can buy a smaller one!
