How I Started:
My husband's friend got us interested in joining his Gym that he went to. I felt unhappy about the way I looked and how clothes felt too.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling a good workout gives me all day long. I usually start in the morning right away and get it done and over with then I can enjoy the rest of my day knowing that I worked hard and put my mind to it first thing
How I Stay Motivated:
My Husband (Bodyspace: teschuette) and a few gym friends that help to encourage me when the going gets tough, I think the accountablity of those you see in the gym every day there with you goes along way!
BB Accomplishments:
Cardio for Life Challenge '07 - loss of 32 lbs. in 12 weeks - taking 1st place Fat Chance Challenge '07 - Loss of 24 lbs. Cardio for Life Challenge '08 - loss of 16 lbs - taking 3rd place and hitting my lowest weight @ 114.8 lbs in my adult life.
