| I work out at home when my baby is asleep... all kinds of videos - I mix it up constantly, since I have so many. I've been trying for 4-5 workouts per week which combine total body strength training w/cardio. My only equipment is 5-10 lb. dumbells, & resistance bands. Of course there's the part where i carry around a 20lb. baby all day, and chase after her constantly! |
