How I Started:
I started to get interested in it about 15 yrs. old. However, now I'm gonna be 32 in a couple weeks and I just had my first baby 6 mos ago...time to get serious!!
Why I Love It:
i really don't "love" working out...but i do love the esthetic results!
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at all the moms on here who are older than me, and in way better shape

I know I'm pregnant here, but I was about 150 lbs. when I went in to deliver...
about one month later... actually, i just kicked up the workouts a bit, and quit all the booze....then i put a massive amount of self tanner on...if you couldn't tell by the white feet!

Goal (Long):
To be diligent with working out on a consistent basis..., paying more attention to what i eat - get more protein...., drink less booze! I don't have any interest in being in 'competition' shape, but def need to work on trimming some fat & defining muscles!
i have to admit...my husband and i def. like our booze. i usually could do some serious damage on a bottle of red wine (it's healthy, right??!) on a nightly basis. although i wasn't gaining weight, i wasn't losing it either - in the back of my mind i thought the alcohol could be sabotaging me......
I work out at home when my baby is asleep... all kinds of videos - I mix it up constantly, since I have so many. I've been trying for 4-5 workouts per week which combine total body strength training w/cardio. My only equipment is 5-10 lb. dumbells, & resistance bands. Of course there's...

Wouldn't know if it's good for you, as I had to give the stuff up about fifteen years ago....Something about the authorities not taking too kindly to me running around in my underwear on the weekends and wanting to fight everyone...Not sure what the problem was there, but I gave up the alcohol anyway, and never looked back. How's the MILF goal coming along?
