How I Started:
firstly i wasnt happy with my shape of body at all ,i used to smoke for 3 years, in 2005 finallly i gave it up. then i dicided to make something change.
Why I Love It:
gives a great satisfaction, improve my body. get pumped
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching IFBB Australian competion in Gold coast late 2005, and viewing bodybuilding workout videos/dvds, such as (battle for the olypia 2003/4/5 all em them. viewing FLEX, and other BB mags.
BB Accomplishments:
not so far yet however i would like to compete event in the next 3 year.

Notes: I will change my program every 6-8 weeks, and i will change some workout plans. Abs and calves are worked out evey 2nd day. Also i walk back from gym tyo my house, after each workout session. apprx 30,mins. so i dont need to worry about cardio sessions.

During any leg exercise, like Hack squats & leg press, where I can also work my calves, I hit them hard with the weight I am working. I also change the position of my heel to the ball of each foot so to hit the different muscles of the calf. That's how I have built them and continue to build them.
