How I Started:
Well, I had been in decent shape most of my life, then I had kids! LOL! After having my son I have been on and off again for the past 5 years. For one reason or another I have become more motivated, maybe because this summer I turned 25. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life before I hit 30. Which really should not be impossible.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for 3 main reasons- I love to work out with my husband, he is my inspiration. I love the hurt the next day after a really good workout, and the third reason is that it helps me releive alot of stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and my kids are my motivation. My husband is working really hard to get into shape, and I kind of feed off of him. My kids... I want to be a good role model for them. I like to hear my kids talk about eating healthy and exercising.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't know that it is a body building accomplishment, but I started to be able to run an entire 3 miles yesterday.
This was taken about 2 months ago, not much progress since then considering we had gone on vacation since then. This picture discusts me, and I really had to think before posting it.
To lose 20 lbs by Christmas. 6 down, 14 more to go!
Goal (Long):
I want to slim down and bulk up. I want to lean out my arms, gain some awesome abs and give my legs the bulk that I have always wanted. I'm not going to try and put it into a time frame I am just going to make sure I am exercising every day. I want this now more than ever.

So, this week, so far, has been a pretty good week. I have been doing good on my eating healthy, only one slip, which is better than my daily slip ups. I am making progress! Today my body is begging for a nap, too bad! ARG! I am going to grit my teeth and get in my 4 miles! HOORA! I will get...
Teaching girls how to run...I use to love running. That is until my oldknees decided itcan't take the pressure! So now it's back to wimming. I must say I really enjoy the swimming...although only 6 laps after a workout. Trying to increase it by 2 laps per week. How are u doing? G.
Yeah the stomach bug is gone. Eish, I do not wish it on anyone!! Back at gym and actually joined the local gym. Alsdo incorporate swimming into my routine now. How have u been? G.

No man, pheumonia sucks! I just had bad bronchitus a while ago. Take care of yourself. You only have one body. Let your bodyheal completely before returning to the weights. Btw u ARE fitter than me. im doing good just started working out again on my arms, not too much but its seems to be doing better finally. How is your knee doing? congrats on that 6lbs, I need to up my cardio id like to get down about 5 more lbs been kinda at a stand still for awhile.
