do research and try to get a workout partner so they can help you when your lifting heavy

my dad is mexican and my mom is russian bro so im half and half lol im a mut lmao my long term goals are size and strength i have progressed and seen better results with size when doing only 3 sets 6-7 reps heavy hevy!! but most important my daily diet im a health freak and i bulk clean how bout you bro?

i feel stronger but haven't lost any pounds ... haha. i am just glad i am not gaining, i am starting to do a lot of weights which i find very empowering ... it kicks ass!!!
and everyone did miss my cooking so i guess i will be doing a turkey for christmas, any plans for the up coming holiday?
