do research and try to get a workout partner so they can help you when your lifting heavy

I've made changes but I'm not sure about gains. I do need to get some new pics up though for sure. Maybe when I get back from my vacation and have a tan! It's good to see I was right about you though - big change from your earlier pics. Keep up the great work!
