do research and try to get a workout partner so they can help you when your lifting heavy

Is halloween big in the states (I assumed everyone gave out sweets for it there...) Training's going good but I've taken a few days off to recover because I was getting really tired - hitting it hard again from tomorrow though! How's your training?
