For my first contest it was amazing. I met a lot of great competitors in all categories. I learned a lot from the show and am looking forward to competing again! Training for the show wasnt that difficult as I love to train and I normally eat very clean - the final 2 weeks though were challenging though to be sure I was doing everything right to be contest ready! FAME-WNSO do a great job with these shows and all of the staff and contestants are very friendly and helpful |
