2 days a week I train in Boca Raton at the Institute for Human Performance - total body workout - targeting different muscle groups each session depending on what I need to work on for that week- Functional Training... high energy - metobolic training...
The other days of the week I currently due to contest prep are made up of jogging, cardio sessions and high rep - weights.
