Great physique. I'm encouraged to see someone in the 40+ range and above 6' height who can still manage to keep bf low while retaining muscle. You obviously do this for a living, but do you devote a lot of time to cardio to stave off fat gain or is the weightlifting and a clean diet enough?
You're right, you would be a masters pro after that show. The World Championships are up to you. If you have a passport and are satisfied with your physique for now than go for it. I'm sure it will be a great experience, they usually have 600-700 competitors.
It’s so easy to sit back with complacency when comparing to the 20-somethings on here and give yourself excuses as to how much harder it is to be lean and fit in your 30’s. You’ve just kicked my ass into gear. You look incredible. I’m adding you for inspiration and a reminder if that’s okay.
Marc ! You are an awesome inspiration ! A true leader in Body Building ! You sur don't look 40 . You look like early to mid twenties. Stay Ripped and pumped ! You Rock in Grand Rapids !
