How I Started:
I've always been active. I got into Triathlons with Team in Training a few years ago. I decided that I could use some more strength for the races and started lifting weights with a personal trainer. I learned a ton of stuff and got hooked to weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
Love? Love is a strong word.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture of what I want to look like taped to my bathroom mirror. When I stand in the mirror and see myself and see the picture. . . Voilà! Motivation!

Goal (Long):
My goals include running a half marathon then a full marathon. I'd like to complete in Triathlons of all distances. Two lifetime goals are completing an Ironman and swimming across the English Channel.
Thanks for checking out the blog. Jon Hinds of Monkey Bar Gym is great. They do great stuff, it seems to be mostly bodyweight with some bands involved. I don't really have a log other then the blog as far as the runs go.
